The development of a full tender programmes for all types of contracts including NEC3 and Two stage tenders. 

From a detailed review of the tender information each tender programme is set out from a detailed procurement programme.  Suppliers are contacted to confirm accurate delivery dates, this will give the optimum duration for the proposed submission.

Each Programme will have a detailed critical path and all key milestones will be identified.
